The County of Torrance will be hosting a public hearing to discuss the Senior Centers
Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) during the regularly scheduled
Commission meeting on May 22, 2024 at 9:00am at the Torrance County Administrative Building, 205 S
Ninth Street Estancia, New Mexico 87016.
All people interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard.
The ICIP provides a framework for decisions about community growth and
development, covers a five-year period and is developed and submitted annually. The complete ICIP
Publication will be available before the 2024 Legislative Session.
